Travel Mindset: High-End Means High-Spend
In a recent survey by ILTM and Travel Weekly regarding luxury travelers, the key finding is that travelers want to live large: big suites, in-room pools, private chef, private jet, etc. While some luxury travelers are choosing to still NOT travel, those who do want customized vacations including luxury all-inclusives, multiple travel bookings, longer trips, private tours, etc. Read more in Travel Weekly here.

Hotels have always presented a unique opportunity for brands looking to market — or even sell — their products. But with hotel occupancy low during and since the pandemic, some startups are changing the way they think about hotel partnerships — using them as a vehicle for brand awareness or pitching themselves to hotels as a way to better meet customers’ needs versus mass distribution. August Didn't Prove To Be As Strong For Travel As The Industry Hoped
Global travel trends remained under pressure from the coronavirus pandemic in August. Sabre reported net air bookings were down about 65% in August compared with August of 2019. Let's face it, flying these days is anything but pleasurable.
