Travelers Are More Likely To Use A Travel Agent Post Pandemic
Perhaps it's the desire to have someone else fight for your refunds in the event you need to change travel plans, but a new ASTA survey has revealed an increase in travelers using travel agents. The study found that pre-pandemic, that more than a quarter of travelers (27%) always or often used a travel advisor.
