Business Travel May Have Changed Forever

The pandemic changed the present as well as the future of travel -- especially business travel. Leisure travel is picking up again, but corporations are being more surgical about trips. Less travel will make job opportunities more alluring and instead of 100 people attending an in-person event, 700 or more can attend a virtual meeting. Americans Expected To Spend $200 Billion On Holiday Travel

NerdWallet's Holiday Travel Report shows Americans are projected to spend close to $200 billion on travel during the holidays this year, with an average of $1,814 spent per traveler. Peloton Continues To Infiltrate The Travel Space

Peloton classes are now coming to your airplane seat. Delta Airlines and Peloton just announced that Delta passengers will be able to avail themselves of stretching and meditation classes on planes with seatback screens so you can get your Peloton fix — or be exposed to Peloton if you don't own a bike — while in flight. Paris And New York City Are Top Two Winter Destinations

The latest TripAdvisor Winter Travel Index is in and 55% of Americans are planning to travel this winter. New York City is the #1 domestic travel destination and Paris is the top international destination. Visiting loved ones this season is a priority and the most common destination people want to visit is family and friends’ houses (61%), followed by the city (39%) and the beach (37%).
