Guests can choose a self-guided flight or a sommelier-led private session, paired with curated Italian cheese and charcuterie platters, including the signature Amarone Platter (Valpolicella cheeses and salumi aged in Amarone and Recioto wines) and a vertical Parmigiano Reggiano tasting across 24, 36, and 60 months.</p><p>Next door, the wine shop carries over 1,000 Italian wines, with worldwide shipping organized in-house and a Bespoke Italian Wine Club delivering curated shipments tailored to each member&#039;s palate.</p><p>Owner Johann Depietri is an AIS-certified sommelier, available for commentary, vintage assessments, and interviews.
