Introducing The Hoffman Hotel And The Nobleman Hotel

I wanted to take a moment of your time to introduce you to two new properties which JC Communications is now representing on behalf of 5 Senses Hospitality Management: The Hoffmann Hotel Basalt Aspen, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and The Nobleman Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which is due to open in Fort Worth, TX in early 2025. Both hotels were developed by Jeff Blackman of Bedford Lodging.

In the next few weeks I'll be sharing more information on the properties as we create fact sheets and more, but wanted to give you some brief highlights in case you might be working on any stories where either of these properties might be a good fit OR you have plans to head to Colorado soon and may want to check out a new hotel:

There has been a lot written lately about destination dupes and for anyone who wants world-class skiing at Aspen or Snowmass Village (each are within 30 minutes), but may want to save money for the lift tickets versus the pricey accommodations, The 122-room Hoffman Hotel puts you within easy reach of fantastic skiing with a much more affordable price tag (rates start from $258 per night depending upon room category and dates of stay).

The property is in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley in a town called Basalt, which was previously known as Aspen Junction. It is an incredible nature destination great for outdoors enthusiasts and adventurers who want to do hiking, biking, golfing, fly fishing, kayaking, and, of course, skiing and snowboarding. In fact, to help guests make the most of their stay, The Hoffman Hotel has its own on-site Adventure Expert who is available to provide insights and recommendations on any type of nature experiences in the area.

In a modern yet rustic setting, the pet-friendly hotel is a boutique experience with premier amenities including The Hoffman House restaurant, fitness center, and complimentary parking.

Coming to Fort Worth, TX in early 2025, The Nobleman Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will be in Fort Worth’s most eclectic and progressive district: Near Southside. This relaxed, creative, and close-knit community offers one of Fort Worth’s finest restaurant rows, live music venues, distilleries, breweries, and a multitude of artistic endeavors. The walkable district — also referred to as “Magnolia” after one of its most prominent streets — is an inclusive neighborhood with varied hot spots thriving in centuries-old buildings.

The exciting news about The Nobleman Hotel is that the property will be built around the the No. 5 fire station (built in 1911) historic landmark blending not only the history and service of the fire station, but incorporating the culture and creativity of the neighborhood as well. With modern amenities housed in a historic facade — restaurant, bar, pool, meeting areas, and more — this curated haven welcomes travelers and neighborhood residents alike to help continue the building's story.

I will have one-sheets and photography available in the next two weeks.

In the meantime, if you have any urgent needs where either of these hotels might fit into a story, please let me know and I can get you more information or arrange an interview with the hotel teams.

Thanks for your time.

Best,
